PULITORE TUBI
Macchina costruita per lo svolgimento dello stoppino sui tubi del banco fusi.
La macchina è corredata da una serie di rulli in acciaio inox in cui vengono posti i tubi da pulire, (5 pezzi) questi ruotando favoriscono lo svolgimento dello stoppino, che per mezzo di un aspiratore posto sulla parte inferiore della macchina ne favorisce la pulizia.
Il materiale aspirato viene convogliato in un apposito cassone, agevolandone il recupero.
La velocità dei rulli può essere regolata a seconda delle esigenze per mezzo di un potenziometro posto sul pannello comandi.
La macchina viene costruita e corredata di impianto elettrico in base alle normative CE.
CLEANING TUBES
The machine is build for the unroll of the wick on the tubes of the jack frame.
The machine is equip of one series of rollers in stainless steel on which are placed the tubes to clean, (5 pieces) these turning preferred the unwinding of the wick, with means of an aspirator placed on the inferior part of the machine it favours the cleaning.
The aspirated material is convey in a proper large case, to facilitate the recovery.
The speed of the rollers can be control to each own necessity with means of a potentiometer placed on the controls panel.
The machine is build and equip of electric plan on the bases to the CE standard.
